Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.</p><p><strong>How you’ll contribute:</strong></p><p>As a Registered Nurse Quality Analyst, you will support performance improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing clinical data, identifying trends, and helping ensure compliance with organizational goals and regulatory standards.</p><ul><li><p>Collect, review, and analyze clinical data to identify trends and quality opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare reports and presentations that communicate quality outcomes and improvement priorities.</p></li><li><p>Partner with physicians, clinical teams, and informatics to improve care processes, documentation, and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Support performance improvement initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements and evidence-based standards.</p></li><li><p>Educate staff on quality measures, regulatory updates, and performance improvement practices.</p></li><li><p>Participate in quality meetings, committee presentations, and new employee orientation.</p></li><li><p>Monitor departmental compliance and support operational needs, including budgets, contracts, vendors, and supplies.</p></li><li><p>Assess patient care quality and coordinate with care teams to support safe, effective outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Provide direct patient care when needed.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Job Requirements </strong></p><ul><li><p>Associate degree required and bachelor's degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>Required Current licensure as a Registered Nurse</p></li><li><p>Minimum Work Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years diverse clinical practice in an acute care environment required. </p></li><li><p>Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. </p></li><li><p>Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. </p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About our Health System</strong><br/>Trios is a 111-bed hospital located in Kennewick, WA, and is part of <a href="https://lifepointhealth.net/locations" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Lifepoint Health</a>, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier® with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast.
