Finance Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst who is well-versed with Oracle Finance Cloud applications and has in-depth knowledge of FCCS and reporting. The role will work with multiple business stakeholders to discover and discern business requirements and execute in partnership with developers. To be successful in this role you must be comfortable wearing many hats and learning on the job! Technical experience, business acumen, and strong communication skills are a must. You will be responsible for configuring, designing solutions, and maintaining the enterprise platforms. The right candidate will have the technical aptitude to drive good technology choices through collaboration with empowered teams. Success in this role will be measured by the delivery of business-critical results and impact to the finance organization. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Leaders and Technical teams to design solutions to meet business challenges and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deploymentPerform Solution design and requirements mappingAnalyze and evaluate existing or proposed business systems and processes to implement improvements and opportunities that meet business unit objectives in large to enterprise-wide global processesAnalyze functional and non-functional business requirements to create technical designs, data models, use cases, supportive analytics, gap analysis, project impact estimations, and deliver efficient enterprise application solutions for both standard and custom configurationsSolicit, understand, and document customers’ business requirements, goals, processes, and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flowsConduct workshops with multiple stakeholders from technology, business, and vendor teams. Propose and demonstrate new and existing functionalityDevelop training reference materials and process documentation outlining system functionality





Preferred Skills5+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with at least one full-lifecycle implementationStrong background in P2P (Procure to pay), R2R (Record to Report) , O2C (Order to Cash) tracksModules – GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Procurement, FCCSExperience in designing the oracle financials and consolidation solutions and reporting in fast-paced, high-volume industriesExcellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situationsExperience with handling business requirements, and managing multiple priorities with keeping change management procedures and documentation in mindSelf-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.
