Role Title: Mail Operations Specialist
Location: On-site – Austin, TX
Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours/week (Tuesday–Thursday, 8 hours per day)

Pay: $18.50 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Operations Specialist to support daily mail processing within a corporate office environment in Austin. This role is responsible for managing incoming mail from receipt through final distribution, ensuring all correspondence is handled accurately, securely, and in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and sort incoming mail from designated areas based on recipient and department
  • Deliver mail to individuals and departments across the corporate campus
  • Scan and distribute mail digitally to support remote and paperless workflows
  • Process payroll-related correspondence, including preparing, mailing, and faxing garnishment documents to ADP
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information

Qualifications

  • Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, Tuesday through Thursday (8-hour shifts)
  • Experience working in a corporate or professional office environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic administrative and computer skills (scanning, email, faxing)
  • Ability to walk throughout the campus and carry mail during deliveries
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism when handling confidential information
