Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining project workflows, tracking project health against strict deadlines, and managing the allocation of resources and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and track project schedules, tasks, and budgets, delivering regular progress reports to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are successfully met.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to gather necessary equipment, resources, and critical information required for upcoming project implementations.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, training requirements, and project management policies throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–4 years of Iron Mountain experience in operations, or a closely related support role.

• Proven ability in task organization, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management

Reasonably expected salary range: $51,400.00 - $64,200.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
