Job Description
The Electrical Preventative Maintenance position is responsible for portions of preventative maintenance on equipment at the plant. This role will ensure regular and routine maintenance is performed within American Petroleum Institute and International Organization Standards 9000.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform regular and preventative maintenance inspections on hoists, welders, machines, chiller units, heating and air conditioning units.
- Complete monthly inspections and testing of GFCI receptacles and emergency lights Ajax water quality.
- Complete quarterly inspections of extension cords, air socks and exhaust fans.
- Assist in Thermography

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Possess math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Possess computer skills to use to log Data and time in JDE or other software’s.
- Must have the ability to learn to use and read micrometers, tape measure, feeler gauge, and basic hand tools.
- Must be able to stand/walk on concrete floors for 8-12 hour shifts.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions with temperatures ranging from 40-100+ degrees Fahrenheit.
- Must be able to complete NFPA 70E training
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be able to push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience that includes the use of measuring devices and the use of basic math and mechanical skills.
Materials and Equipment Directly Used
- Personal protective equipment, including FR uniforms, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed safety shoes (with EH classification)
- Basic hand and power tools
- Fluke 726 and T6-1000 meters
- Forklift, mobile equipment
- Mobile Elevated platform equipment
Additional Information
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.
- Must be willing and able to pass a post-offer drug screen and physical (if required)
