Now, we’re looking for Care Leads—exceptional caregivers ready to rise to the challenge and represent the heart of what we do.

Position Details:

• Role: Care Pro / Care Lead
• Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one care for senior clients, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and adherence to personalized care plans. You’ll also be responsible for stepping in when another caregiver calls out last-minute, providing support across our service areas.
• Travel: As a Care Lead, you should be flexible and able to travel within our service areas. You may be called upon to cover shifts in various locations.
• Pets: You must be comfortable working in homes with pets, as many of our clients are pet owners.
• Availability: You must be available on-call from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to ensure we can always meet our clients' needs. You will be paid for 8 hours, regardless of whether you work a shift or not.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience or Georgia CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification and TB test.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Must be comfortable working with pets and able to travel to various locations.
• Must be available from 7a to 7p and flexibility to step in and assist when needed.
