The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Manager – Commercial Services Strategy to support the Parts and Distribution business. This role can be located in Plano, TX or Seattle, WA.

We have an exciting leadership opportunity in the BGS Commercial Services Strategy team. This team is responsible for defining and accelerating the top strategic priorities for a multi-billion-dollar global enterprise in the commercial aviation aftermarket. The team supports commercial services P&Ls including Parts & Distribution Services, Digital Aviation Solutions, Commercial Training Solutions, Commercial Modifications, Engineering & Specialty Products. This particular position will focus on our Parts & Distribution Services business, as well supply chain function.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans, anticipate opportunities and risks, and prioritize initiatives and investments in partnership with BGS senior leaders and executive team.
- Manage strategy analysts conducting market analysis, develop strategy, perform Merger & Acquisition activities and integrate product decisions.
- Utilize economic, financial, and industrial data to accurately diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, identify key issues, and develop strategies and plans.
- Develop and incorporate an understanding of the competitive global business environment as well as an awareness of economic, social, and political trends that impact the organization's global strategy.
- Explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with strategy customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
We need a Senior Manager to join our team and bring the following:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 8+ plus years of related work experience
- 5+ years of experience performing strategy related work
- 1+ years of experience in aerospace aftermarket services focused on parts, managed programs and distribution services
- Experience managing and/or leading teams
- Ability to travel to support business and team requirements (approximately 10%-20%)
Preferred Qualification (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership in a matrix organization
- Manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously
- Experience engaging with colleagues across the enterprise
- Experience working in a highly ambiguous business environment
- Communicate effectively and skillfully present to senior audiences including management and executive leadership team
