Job Description

Enterprise Architecture:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Create and manage processes, architectural models, standards, and guidelines leveraging on LeanIX as a platform to manage the enterprise architecture of the organization.
• Assess current systems and technology landscapes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define the strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Integration Architecture:

• Design and implement integration strategies to ensure seamless communication between disparate systems and applications.
• Develop integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and other technologies to enable efficient data flow.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and platforms into the existing IT environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to establish integration best practices and standards.

Collaboration, Leadership and Others:

• Lead architectural reviews and ensure the alignment of projects with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Cross collaborate with Infrastructure and IT Security teams to drive architectural and operational changes..
• Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff.
• Create comprehensive documentation for enterprise architecture, integration designs, and related processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and mentorship capabilities.
