The Opportunity:
As a contract manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our Other Transaction (OT) team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company.
On our team, you’ll use your advanced contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets. In this role, you’ll��touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
As a trusted business partner, you’ll provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation for OT prototype and follow-on production contracts or agreements. You'll provide expert advice and counsel to account executives and their program leadership on contractual matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest, risk management, mitigation, and intellectual property negotiations, and monitor operational performance. Additionally, you'll support complex contract activity that requires the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives.

You Have:
4+ years of federal contract experience supporting U.S. Government programs
Experience in negotiations or proposal preparation
Experience managing Other Transactions, including research, prototype or production OT agreements
Knowledge of the federal acquisition regulations and non-FAR acquisition environments, including FAR, DFARS, and the Other Transaction (OT) authority frameworks
Ability to advise on appropriate acquisition approaches
Ability to support complex contract activity that requires the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives
Ability to draft non-routine contractual instruments and use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issues
Ability to review and interpret solicitation requirements, contractual terms and conditions, statement of work, and compliance obligations
Ability to work independently while exercising sound business judgement and risk assessment
Bachelor’s degree
