Job Description

Core Lines product management is seeking a Product Management associate to support existing team with quantitative and qualitative analysis. This role will be responsible for executing a cadence of business-minded data analysis and reporting critical to the function of ISO’s core product set.   

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • Translate business needs to data and report design; establish consistent process for reporting/analysis 
  • Ability to research, troubleshoot and mine data; effectively bring multiple data sets together 
  • Ability to build, maintain and innovate data solutions for product management 
  • Provide analytical insights 
  • Proactively explore datasets for product or analysis opportunities  
  • Respond to product/business inquiries in real time 
  • Collaborate with colleagues in product, marketing, sales, information technology, and operations

Qualifications

About You and How You Can Excel in this Role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/related work experience 
  • Experience working with insurance data 
  • An innovative mindset, open to new ideas and challenges  
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.  Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with internal staff and external stakeholders 
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving and collaboration skills 
  • Strong working knowledge of analytical tools  

Desirable Skills 

  • Experience with ISO core lines data 
  • Quantitative background with a focus on data and analytics 
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Excel and Power BI and analyze and present data
