As a company with a human dimension, SOGECLAIR and its teams of experts offer a wide range of mechanical engineering skills, from research and development to service support.</p><p>Ā </p><p>As a designer of innovative, high value-added products and solutions, SOGECLAIR DIGITAL ENGINEERING brings its high-tech engineering skills to the cutting-edge aeronautical, space, rail and naval sectors.</p><p>Ā </p><p>Our expertise: aerostructure and systems installation, aircraft interiors, industrialization, configuration management, management and operations consulting, product and process performance, digital transformation, operational excellence, environmental transition.</p><p></p><p>Our values:</p><p>- Trust and team spirit š</p><p>- Performance and innovation š”</p><p>- Responsibility and commitment š¤</p><p>- Fairness and ethics in business āļø</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Stress Leader </strong>(m/w/d) in <strong>Getafe.</strong></p><p></p><p>Your main tasks will be:</p><ul><li>Perform, review, and approve structural sizing analyses and strength justifications for metallic and composite structures and components</li><li> Develop, modify, and validate finite element models for metallic and composite structures</li><li> Interpret, critically assess, and validate results derived from finite element analyses</li><li> Define test requirements, monitor test execution, and interpret test results in support of structural justification</li><li> Propose alternative analytical approaches or damage-mitigation solutions when required by analysis outcomes</li><li> Design and implement automation scripts to support calculation workflows and post-processing of analysis results</li><li> Prepare, review, and validate stress documentation, technical reports, and presentations, with particular focus on certification and strength justification</li><li> Communicate technical results clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing</li><li> Act as the technical interface with clients</li><li> Lead, coordinate, and supervise engineering work groups</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>About you: </p><ul><li><strong>Minimum of 8 years </strong>of demonstrated professional experience as a stress engineer</li><li> Proven experience in <strong>leading </strong>and <strong>managing </strong>engineering <strong>teams</strong></li><li> University degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, preferably with a mechanical specialization</li><li> Strong communication skills with professional proficiency in both <strong>Spanish </strong>and <strong>English</strong></li></ul><p></p><p>Mandatory skills: </p><ul><li>Execution, review, and validation of static stress analyses</li><li> Creation, modification, and validation of finite element models</li><li> Critical evaluation and validation of finite element analysis results</li><li> Preparation, review, and approval of stress and certification-related technical documentation</li><li> Advanced expertise in <strong>HYPERMESH </strong>and <strong>HYPERVIEW</strong>, including <strong>NASTRAN </strong>cards and standard solution methodologies </li><li> Proficient use of <strong>ISAMI static stress calculation</strong> modules</li><li> Experience with <strong>ISAMI F&DT</strong> modules</li><li> Functional knowledge of <strong>ABAQUS</strong></li><li> Fatigue and damage tolerance analysis capabilities</li><li> Experience in planning, executing, and interpreting structural tests</li><li> Python programming skills, including the use of data management libraries</li></ul><p></p><p>Your personality: </p><ul><li>Strong ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams</li><li> Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills</li><li> Effective negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities</li><li> Objective-driven, results-oriented working approach</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Strategic career progression with international mobility opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced training and leadership development in high-profile aerospace programs</li></ul><ul><li>Empowering team culture with direct impact and cross-functional collaboration and more</li></ul>
