What you get to do in this role:   

• Design Leadership:
  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of sophisticated design frameworks to improve software quality and efficiency.
  • Lead the architectural design and development of high-quality, scalable, and reusable software solutions.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Guide, mentor, and lead teams in various projects, ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering.
  • Act as a technical leader and mentor for junior engineers, promoting skill development and professional growth.
• Software Development:
  • Build and enhance web and mobile applications on the ServiceNow platform, incorporating advanced features and AI capabilities.
  • Engage in advanced scripting (business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.) and web service development in JavaScript.
  • Oversee the development and integration of new features and improvements within client instances.
• Product Ownership:
  • Collaborate with product owners to comprehend complex requirements and oversee the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and test automation.
• Global Team Management:
  • Lead a global team across different time zones, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with a strong capability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced back-end development skills in NodeJS, Java, or similar OO languages.
  • Expertise in front-end development, creating responsive user interfaces using Javascr
