This is your chance to be part of our Hotel Operations team that oversees the daily functions of our Americas managed hotel portfolio! As the Senior Manager, Operations Integration & Support, you will help support and drive initiatives that enhance the guest experience and operational excellence across Hilton's U.S., Canada and French Polynesia (US, CAN, & FP) managed hotels. On the Ops Integration & Support team reporting to the Senior Director, Ops Integration & Support, you will build relationships across corporate and hotel teams to collaborate and develop solutions in support of the Hotel Operations US, CAN, & FP team and managed hotels in the region. As the trusted advisor to SVP, Hotel Operations US, CAN, & FP, you will manage the rollout and implementation of annual initiatives, engage and communicate with key stakeholders, and analyze data to create clear stories to support and improve performance.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Support the development and implementation of short- and long-term initiatives that are aligned with regional and enterprise goals.
• Track progress towards goals by partnering collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, providing regular status updates to SVP Ops, US, CAN & FP, and seeing initiatives through from inception to completion.
• Prepare materials and presentations for operations leadership meetings and follow up on action items to track and meet desired outcomes
