Stay nimble and respond quickly to emerging opportunities.

About You

You are a technical anchor who has transitioned from "executing tasks" to "owning outcomes." You thrive at the intersection of product vision and technical architecture, possessing the foresight to build systems that scale. As a Staff Engineer, you are a force multiplier—your value is measured not just by your own commits, but by the elevated performance and code quality of the entire team.

  • 8+ years of hands-on development experience, thrives in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Deep technical intuition in API design and system integration. You build high-performance interfaces that connect complex data ecosystems, ensuring our marketplace is seamless for both human customers and autonomous AI agents.

  • A "systems thinker" who can navigate a multi-language stack (TypeScript, Ruby, Python, React) and leverage Redis and Sidekiq to manage concurrency and background execution at scale.

  • You look beyond your own "to-do list" to champion improvements across the organization. You assess complexity at a glance and enjoy building prototypes to prove out innovative paths.

  • You translate high-level business goals into technical reality and build consensus across diverse teams.

  • You maintain a "production-first" mindset - prioritizing observability and resilience to build software that is as reliable as it is innovative.

  • You are dedicated to sharing knowledge. Whether mentoring, contributing to the tech community, or attracting top talent, you are an ambassador for LiveRamp’s culture.
