You will be reporting to Plant Manager in Hvittingfoss, where we produce parts for some of the leading car companies in the world. With over 150 employees at the factory, as well as strong ties to the global Kongsberg Automotive community with over 5000 colleagues.

Responsibilities
Manage all financial activities within the plant Hvittingfoss as a part of the DCS (Driver Control System) segment in accordance with BA and Group guidelines & regulations. Oversee financial system controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Participate in overall organizational planning and strategic development. Establish continuous improvements as a "way of work". In a proactive way, support the Plant Manager and other relevant parties in matter involving financial reporting, controls, analysis, and interpretation. Lead the annual plant activity for budget development.
You will be working close with corporate financial functions to provide financial reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
Key performance Indicators (KPI):
ROCE, EBIT, MEUR, Capex, Sales, NWC, EBITG improvements (KEUR), Predictability.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level (3-5 years) within finance or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience, preferably from industry/automotive business.
- Fluent oral and written in Norwegian and English.
- Excellent analytical skills - high attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent presentation skills, both orally and in writing.
- Solid business and strategic understanding.
- Strong drive and focus on results.
- Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure.
- Enjoy managing multiple projects in parallel.
- Team player.
