EW & CEMA Subject Matter Expert, Senior

The Opportunity: 
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. 

As an Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and Cyberspace Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) subject matter expert, you’ll bring your electromagnetic domain expertise to work alongside thought leaders in software development, data science, and user experience design on projects for modernization and sustainment to provide technical solutions in support of the warfighter. You’ll use your skills and expertise using agile methodologies and practices, to help decompose complex problems into smaller, more manageable tasks. Together with the team, you’ll track project accomplishments toward our goals, and provide adjustments or guidance along the way.

You Have:  

• 10+ years of experience with EW or CEMA 

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree 

• Ability to obtain IAT Level II Certification within 60 days of hire

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience with Cyberspace Operations

• Experience with spectrum management

• Knowledge of a variety of ground-based EW and CEMA systems  

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Information Systems

• Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
