Director, Partnerships & Collaborations

Summary: 

We are looking for a savvy Director, Partnerships & Collaborations to lead and scale the identification, negotiation and execution of new business development opportunities and marketing partnerships. In this role, you will pursue and implement marketing initiatives with external partners, explore co-branding opportunities, and identify new channels to expand our reach, market presence, and create long-term value. 

What you’ll do:

• Ideate and develop new business opportunities that raise awareness and achieve other business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the internal BOTM team and various external parties, providing seamless and effective coordination on projects. 
• Oversee onboarding and management of partner relationships to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct research to identify new trends, potential partners, and distribution channels.
• Project manage and execute all aspects of brand building events at a very high level of detail.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience leading and executing partnerships and collaborations ideally in media, entertainment or technology.  
• Track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaboration initiatives.
• experience in managing and growing relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-driven environment.
