Post Production - Samples Coordinator

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Working collaboratively with our customers, sales reps and 70+ artists makes us happy. We strive to continually stay on-trend, creating over 200,000 new designs in the last 5 years and 26,000 design modifications yearly. We're currently looking for an ultra-motivated, organized, go-getter people person to work with our internal team to "Wow Our Customers" by ensuring our Sales Reps have the best sample products as a tool to share why "Life's Better in a T-shirt." If you're looking for a creatively logistical position where you're sure to get your steps in every day at our Little Falls location, this position might fit you to a tee.

This position is responsible for coordinating all Zephyr Import Samples at Lakeshirts. They will work closely with our Creative Directors to enter all sample requests and move them through the process to their final destination of shipment to our Sales Reps.

Essential Job Functions | Enter Samples + Track Samples + Coordinate Samples

• Communicating with our production team to coordinate timeline to meet deadlines
• Attaching hangtags as required
• Folding, boxing and distributing hats to reps as listed in the spreadsheets, this includes distributing samples to in house reps
• Print Packing slips & mailing stickers for mailing sheets for reps
• Order additional supplies (bags, boxes, sticker rolls, printer ribbons, and more!)
• Sending out samples to customers and reps and recording tracking numbers
• Invoicing all sample orders
• Monthly reporting of sample close-outs
• Other duties, as assigned (#team)

Qualifications | Organization + People Person + Process Efficiency + Assertiveness

• High school education is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook required
• Familiarity with Syspro preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Aficionado at problem-solving
• High attention to detail
• Independent decision-making skills with reason and good judgment
• Ability to work well in a team and with multiple departments
• Excellent spelling skills
• Must be reliable, responsible, flexible
• Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
