Area Operations Manager: This is where you come in. 

We’re looking for an Area Operations Manager who will build and Lead our SW Washington and Willamette Valley Service operations. ·         Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and review; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends 

·         Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees 

The Area Operations Manager role reports to Jon Hay/General Manager - Oregon on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization
