Position Specific Description

Our Integrated Supply Chain Department is looking for an Inventory Services Specialist to join their team in Juno Beach, FL.  This position works closely with suppliers to ensure material is delivered on time and also works with other stakeholders to mitigate risk of late material.  This role will be required to develop strong relationships with key suppliers, run reports to track deliveries of critical material and communicate updates across souring and various Business Units.

Job Overview

This position performs inventory services functions and implements policies and programs directed towards providing inventory services.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

•   Performs technical tasks of controlled scope, to support timely availability of material for scheduled jobs
•   Provides support for: facility transfers, secondary locations, remote sites, overhauls, and refueling outages
•   Performs in-depth research of material requests and material receipt inspection, using the appropriate on-line material management system
•   Works independently in all aspects of warehouse and physical inventory control practices
•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

•  High School Grad / GED
•  Experience: 2+ years

Preferred Qualifications

•  DOT Hazmat Trng Accordnce 49 CFR 172.704
•  Industrialized Powered Forklift Qual
•  Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
