Job Description

The Proposal Coordinator will support the overall functions of proposal development, contract department and will provide support for all Clinical Trials Business Development staff.

S/he reports to the Head, Proposal Department, works closely with both Managers of Proposals and Contracts, Eurofins Business Development, Eurofins Central Laboratory (ECL) staff, Scientific Affairs, Transport and Kits/Supplies departments as key internal customers, and is considered to be on a career pathway to a Proposal Developer.  

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Maintains proposal mailbox and activity list.
• Maintains sharepoint entry activity.
• Assists proposal department with all areas of folder creation, document storage, preparation and finalization of documents and minor proposal development.
• Assists contracts department with all areas of folder creation, document storage, preparation and finalization of contractual documents.
• Assists proposal team with updating template documents and streamline deliverables.
• Assists Proposal Developers to generate proposals and meet deadlines to clients.

Experience:

• Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Officer: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe Pro.  Strong Communication skills.  Able to interpret clinical protocols/medical terminology.  Able to multi-task, maintain organization and prioritize.
