Here, your career as an Accounting Supervisor can thrive without sacrificing the things that matter most to you. ResponsibilitiesAs an Accounting Supervisor at Old Republic Risk Management, you’ll take on a pivotal role in ensuring our accounting processes are top-notch. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Policy & Procedure Development: Ensure the development and implementation of policies and procedures to meet the objectives of ORRM Cession Accounting.
2. Account Management: Direct account procedures to guarantee prompt and accurate accounting services for ORRM clients.
3. Financial Reporting: Provide precise financial information to contribute to the effective attainment of the Company’s objectives.
4. Systems Development: Assist in the development and implementation of computer and AS400 applications to ensure ORRM maintains cost-efficient and accurate accounting systems.
5. Account Monitoring: Monitor accounts to ensure the timely and accurate collection and payment of monies owed.
6. Team Supervision: Supervise direct reports, make recommendations for performance management and disciplinary actions, train your team to achieve goals, and contribute to the new employee selection process.

QualificationsTo be successful as an Accounting Supervisor, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
• A minimum of three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
