What You'll Do:
As a Senior System Engineer/ Automation Engineer, you will immediately step into a transformative leadership role where you will architect and drive integrated solution testing and quality assurance for cutting-edge Salesforce projects and application releases. You will lead the charge in pioneering next-gen automation, continuous validation, and AI-augmented testing within Agile and DevOps environments—propelling our evolution into a future-ready, quality engineering powerhouse through the One Design principle and Single Test Suite paradigm. This is a technical position providing solutions for one or more software engineering disciplines and works closely with development, product management, project management, and leadership, drives adoption of the right technologies and platforms to meet the overall technology vision, roadmap and strategy established by Technology Development.
Key responsibilities include:
Spearheading the design and implementation of advanced, scalable test strategies tailored for Salesforce SaaS CRM and interconnected ecosystems, ensuring seamless, omnichannel customer experiences.
Driving innovation in test automation frameworks leveraging AI/ML-enhanced scripting and autonomous testing to boost coverage, accelerate delivery cycles, and support robust CI/CD pipelines.
Architect and build scalable applications using Microsoft Power Apps, integrating GenAI models for intelligent automation and enhanced user experiences.
Develop, fine-tune, and deploy GenAI models (such as GPT, LLMs) for tasks like natural language processing, document automation, chatbots, and predictive analytics.
Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) streamline workflows and create custom business applications.
Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
Collaborating cross-functionally in a DevSecOps culture to continuously elevate test frameworks, infrastructure, tooling, and processes—championing shift-left testing and continuous quality feedback loops.
Leading proactive defect lifecycle management with data-driven root cause analysis (RCA) and predictive analytics to unearth systemic risks and drive operational excellence.
Harnessing real-time test analytics and quality intelligence dashboards to inform strategic decisions, deliver transparent reporting, and engage leadership and stakeholders with actionable insights.
Orchestrating cross-team innovation on large-scale digital transformation initiatives, embedding quality engineering best practices throughout the product lifecycle for resilient, secure, and scalable solutions.
