COMPENSATION: $54,911 - $65,894, Home Office Grade 4

THE OPPORTUNITY
YES Prep needs a dynamic Executive Coordinator - Schools with a robust set of experiences, to make our mission a reality. As a YES Prep employee, you will achieve jaw-dropping results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, and build transformative relationships.
To put it simply, you will maximize the efficiency of the Chief Schools Officer and the Schools Team by providing high-level administrative and operational support.
THE ROLE
When you join the YES Prep team, some of the work and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the weekly and monthly calendar of the Chief Schools Officer (CSO) to assist with project management;
- Assisting in organizing the administration and logistics of the Schools Department;
- Leading and coordinating preparation efforts and Board and Committee meetings, including the Program Committee led by the CSO and Chief Talent Officer;
- Compiling and submitting monthly reimbursements for the CSO as needed;
- Securing travel arrangements for the CSO, including transportation, lodging, and trip itineraries;
- Being a first point of contact for the CSO regarding meetings, professional learning logistics, and communication around timelines and status updates;
- Completing independent research of historical documentation, processes, etc. to lead planning efforts;
- Building individual and team processes for logistical and operational success;
- Assisting with planning and coordination of team meetings and agendas, including creating effective presentations (PPT), taking useful minutes, researching and proposing agenda items, etc.;
