You will define AI strategy, identify high-value business opportunities, and oversee delivery alongside cross-functional teams. This senior consulting role combines AI strategy, business transformation, banking expertise, and executive client engagement to deliver scalable, business-focused AI solutions.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead enterprise AI and Generative AI transformation programs for banking clients, aligning AI investments with business strategy and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Define AI roadmaps, operating models, and transformation strategies spanning foundation models, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging AI capabilities.</li> <li>Advise executive stakeholders across retail, commercial, corporate, and digital banking on AI opportunities in lending, customer servicing, operations, risk, compliance, and back-office transformation.</li> <li>Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and delivery teams to develop, pilot, and scale enterprise AI solutions while building trusted executive client relationships and identifying new consulting opportunities.</li> <li>Mentor consulting teams, strengthen AI capabilities within the Banking practice, and contribute to thought leadership, market offerings, and industry initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of consulting and technology transformation experience, including enterprise AI, AI/ML, or Generative AI strategy, with a proven track record delivering transformation within the banking sector.</li> <li>Deep understanding of banking operations, digital banking, lending, customer experience, risk, compliance, and enterprise transformation.</li> <li>Demonstrated success building executive client relationships, leading complex consulting engagements, and supporting business development initiatives.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of foundation models, agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into measurable business value.</li> <li>Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with
