About the role

Marvin is looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital Product Strategy to join our team in Eagan, MN. The Sr. Digital Product Strategist is a key member of the Digital Products and Engineering team, responsible for partnering with Digital teams and stakeholders across the company to identify, develop and deliver optimized customer experiences. This role is a conduit between the business, Digital Product teams, and technology leaders, ensuring alignment and prioritization across roadmaps and maximizing customer impact.

This role will influence stakeholders by problem solving, communicating, and bringing together the right Product teams to deliver best-in-class experiences. The Sr. Digital Product Strategist must be a strategic product thinker with experience in product-driven, complex organizations that support multiple businesses. This individual must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and bring Product teams and stakeholders along for the ride.

Highlights of your role

  • Strategic Partner to Stakeholders and acts as the initial point of contact for new Digital Product requests and assist in prioritization
  • Partners closely with the CX Management team on VOC input, new Digital initiative prioritization, and product definition
  • Partners on Product roadmaps and understands what each team is developing
  • Develop and evolve frameworks for allocating product and development teams to align on key initiatives
  • Work with Product leaders to ensure roadmaps are closely tied to ensure all dependencies identified
  • Actively look for gap and opportunities to continuously improve the Digital customer journey  in partnership with the CX Design Strategy team
  • Coordinate and evolve quarterly / continuous product planning processes and standards alongside Product Leaders
  • Effectively communicate with leadership about initiatives, plans, and challenges that exist across the Digital Product group
  • Partner with CX Design team to gather insights and requirements to define opportunity
  • View of rapidly changing digital environments including trends, systems, competition and understanding customer behaviors to identify opportunities (some of which may not exist in the industry) that enhance the customer experience and drive innovation
  • Bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, both in day-to-day activities and when helping others make strategic trade-offs
  • Build trust and collaborative working relationships with key business stakeholders

    You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can) 

    • Experience building and optimizing digital products in a modern product management practice
    • Strong ability to process map and document in Miro
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions
    • Proficient knowledge of JIRA, Azure Devops, Asana, or other agile tools
    • Experience working directly with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to provide business cases and requirements
    • Ability to effectively manage a variety of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
    • Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs
    • Experience with operational processes and issue management and resolution
      Ability to effectively communicate, inform, and influence senior leaders and work cross-functionality on multiple initiatives with a successful record of advancing projects

        • 7+ plus years of related experience in managing products and practicing AGILE development
        • Strong passion for best-in-class UX design and consistency
