Lead Packaging Associate

Flow Distribution is currently hiring production employees to join our packaging and production team for immediate start. We have multiple brands that we produce for and are currently looking for AM availability, Monday-Thursday starting at $18.00 Hourly.

***Seven holidays off and paid for, birthday off and paid for***

***Four 10 hour shifts***

Cannabis Industry Experience Preferred But Not Required.

Facilitate product packaging daily in accordance with companies Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to include:

• Count, sort, label, seal, box, tape and pack inventory
• Maintain packaging goals effectively paced as a team
  • goal of 50-75 units per hour when handling concentrates 
• Perform quality control and handling of inventory in a detailed manner
• Communicate to lab management if product or production is unsatisfactory in any way
• Communicate to lab management if discrepancies are found during quality control checks
• Maintain compliance, safety and sanitation of work area according to SOP’s and completely after shift
• Perform and maintain personal and brand production goals as set by Lab Manager daily, weekly and monthly
• Ensure work area is staged for packaging for next shift
• End of day conversion to ensure accuracy of inventory.
• Facilitate month end audits on inventory to ensure complaint with AZ State mandates 
  
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Lab Manager
• Must be able to life 50 lbs
• Prolonged sitting and standing
