We are currently seeking a consultant to join our digital marketing team supporting Education Services client. 
The ideal candidate will serve as an editorial specialist, responsible for reviewing, refining, and submitting high-stakes editorial assignments for our high value client. Candidates with experience in technical copywriting and a strong grasp of style guide compliance are highly preferred.

Your role

•    Editorial Review & Submission: Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous editorial standards and client expectations.
•    Style Guide Adherence: Apply multiple style guides consistently across documents to maintain uniformity and professionalism.
•    Client Collaboration: Respond promptly to client requests and adapt to evolving priorities with agility and professionalism.

Your skills and experience

•    Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF, including formatting, editing, and document property management.
•    Exceptional command of English grammar, syntax, and tone. Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for consistency and clarity.
•    Available during core West Coast business hours. Able to pivot quickly in response to shifting client needs.
•    Maintains composure under pressure and demonstrates a strong work ethic in fast-paced environments.
•    Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement with a solution-focused mindset.
