About the Job:

The Supply Chain Analyst will support the planning and sourcing of our products by providing actionable insights through data analysis. This role plays a key part in maintaining supply continuity, optimizing inventory levels, and enhancing customer service levels. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and systems skills, with a solid understanding of the health supplement or nutraceutical industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze inventory, procurement, and production data to optimize safety stock, reorder points, and lead times.
  • Track and report on key supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, supplier on-time delivery, and inventory turnover across raw materials, bulk, and finished goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain disciplines—Buyer, Planner, Master Data—to support operational goals.
  • Support demand planning by preparing historical sales and forecast reports
  • Experience using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize performance metrics and risks.
  • Assist in S&OP meetings by preparing supply planning data and scenario modeling.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Nutrition Science, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a supply chain or operations role, ideally within the health supplement, food, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage large data sets and translate them into insights.
  • Experience with demand planning, supply planning, and master data.
  • Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Acumatica, or similar), with emphasis on product and vendor master data.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Understanding of high-level supply chain and operational flows.
