Job Overview:

The Senior Client Compensation Professional in the Processing department’s main role is to be first point of contact with sponsors to build rapport and communicate on impact of commission related instances on the advisor experience. This role may assist in supporting staff responsible for assisting internal partners with billing related items, and assist in planning/supporting extensive, high impact projects and initiatives to ensure successful outcomes and results for our department and advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inquiries and requests through multiple contact points such as phone calls and email.
  • Initiating outbound calls and emails to third-party sponsors and carriers to research commissions and trails.         
  • Processing commissions funds received via wire/check with corresponding statement from sponsor.
  • Owning the sponsor relationship to provide better advisor experience.
  • Processing transactions to ensure timely and proper payments flow accurately.
  • Supporting teammates and the department on other compensation tasks and activities.
  • Sharing ideas to improve and enhance the advisor experience.  
  • Specializing in assign product to attend meetings, become a subject matter expert, and be a liaison for relationship managers.   
  • Assist in developing comprehensive training and coaching plans to quickly teach new employees the skills and processes they need to be effective contributors in the department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year operations or comparable experience

Pay Range:

$18.35-$30.59/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
