FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new clinic from the beginning, helping establish patient relationships, contribute to a positive clinic culture, and grow alongside a nationally recognized outpatient therapy organization.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based care to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and injury prevention
• Provide exceptional patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Support a welcoming and positive clinic environment
• Uphold FYZICAL's commitment to clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
• Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, balance therapy, or pelvic health is a plus
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
