Job Description
Positions available at NBCUniversal Media, LLC (7693 S Harrison Way, Centennial, CO 80122) for Director, Product – Asset Management and Fulfillment with the following job duties:
- Manage the Asset Management and Fulfillment Chain product organization comprised of Managers, Product Managers, and Product Specialists spanning a diverse product portfolio.
- Propose & develop organizational structure to fit our evolving business and recruit accordingly.
- Lead the effort to grow the organization through hiring new Product Owners/Specialists and Managers to support the increased scale of products.
- Develop and oversee the strategic vison across the Fulfillment product organization.
- Grow/mentor Managers with an emphasis in empowerment and strategic planning.
- Serve as expert across all products within the Content Fulfillment portfolio.
- Develop and implement solutions for large initiatives to onboard large clients/brands across multiple products.
- Lead integration efforts of new Products from a process and architectural perspective into the Product portfolio in coordination with the PMO and Engineering teams.
- Deep dive into new products and determine how they align to support the LRP / Concept to Cash strategy.
- Engage with multiple clients/business units/internal stakeholders on large, cross Product initiatives to understand their requirements then design a solution and identify the key Products that can be leveraged to meet the ask.
- Effectively manage between short term wins vs long term strategy to ensure value is provided to the business in timely manner.
- Collaborate across verticals to reduce dependencies and increase efficiencies on cross functional initiatives.
- Participate and feed into long range planning.
- Maintain OPEX budget and headcount.
- Position is fully remote and may be performed from anywhere in the United States.
Qualifications
*Basic Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Media Technology or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in the job offered or at least 2 years of experience in content supply chain workflows and products in the technology or media industry.
- Stated experience must include at least 2 years of experience in the following: product management; experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills; broadcast or digital media related projects; and micro-service based architecture and cloud based technology.
- Alternatively, will accept a candidate with no degree and 4 years of experience in content supply chain workflows and products in the technology or media industry. Stated experience must include at least 4 years of experience in the following: product management; experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills; broadcast or digital media related projects; and micro-service based architecture and cloud based technology.
We are offering a salary range of $220,000 per year to $290,000 per year, depending upon qualifications.
