The Merchandising role is a key driver of business success within Tommy Hilfiger Europe. Based at the European headquarters in Amsterdam, the team operates across five closely connected areas: Design, Merchandising & Sales, Production, Sourcing & Development, and Buying & Planning. These teams collaborate in a dynamic and informal environment to deliver premium, well-crafted products that meet the needs of a global consumer base.

• Market & category expansion. Strategically unlock future category growth opportunities

• Product creation. Lead product creation

• Range plan & life cycle management. Identify & execute category growth plans & drive cross functional connectivity

• Line architecture. Challenge the range plan to ensure market dynamics & opportunities are captured. Drive pricing, margin & line efficiency

• Assortment building. Connectivity across product; got to market, marketing, assortments, buying & planning

• Milestone management. Lead, document the preparation

• Go to market.  Milestone preparation, sales analysis & selling tools. Showroom set up
