Role Summary

Genesys is looking for Senior Business Unit (BU) Enablement Partner for our global Customer Success organization to enable and support the assigned Customer Success business units to achieve their strategic enablement goals and objectives. This role typically involves collaborating closely with business unit leaders, managers, and teams to enhance their capabilities, skillsets, and team performance.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

BU Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with BU leaders to understand their enablement needs, objectives, challenges, and priorities.
  • Identifies and analyzes stakeholders who will be key contributors to employee enablement initiatives, assess their level of influence, interest, readiness for change and develop tailored communication and engagement plans to involve them throughout the enablement process
  • Collaborate with assigned BUs to ensure they are equipped with the capabilities and resources needed to deliver exceptional service to customers, drive retention, and maximize customer lifetime value.

BU Capability Development:

  • Identify skills and competency gaps within the BU and identify targeted development programs to address them in collaboration with partner enablement teams and resources.
  • Ensure BU teams are effectively utilizing tools such as CRM, ERP, and collaboration platforms to achieve their objectives.
  • Provide real-time role based hands-on support and guidance to assigned BU teams on regular and consistent basis (e.g., expert help w/practical application of skills/capabilities).
  • Support, coach and provide guidance to fellow team members peer resources as needed.

BU Performance Measurement:

  • Track & monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to demonstrate the success of enablement initiatives.
  • Regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster strong relationships with BU leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the BU to ensure alignment and synergy.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage key projects and initiatives within the BU, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, enablement, or a related role, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives and performance improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field.
  • Ability to coach and guide newer team members effectively.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing successful enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$80,750.00 - $158,450.00
