You will play a critical role in managing stakeholder expectations and <span>communications. </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities  </span></b></p><p>Project Management</p><ul><li><p><span>Drive project execution, through a combination of project management support, self-service enablement and consulting, across the TMO project portfolio</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enable self-service PM: develop standard PM tools, templates and guidance to assist teams in delivering small to medium projects</span></p></li><li><p><span>For the Legal Department’s highest priority initiatives, lead the planning, execution and monitoring of those projects</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful implementation within defined parameters</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Engage with an owner’s mindset, ensuring project completion across necessary input from various departments and stakeholders</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Key Focus Areas </p><ul><li><p><span>Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of the Legal Department’s highest priority initiatives, which may include M&amp;A integration projects.  For the remaining initiatives (large majority), provide consultative project management support to project teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own and maintain TMO tools </span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute and/or coordinate TMO actions, with a focus on project management, across multiple ongoing projects</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and maintain a transformation <span>community  </span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate on and support Change Management strategy and <span>execution  </span></span></p></li><li><p><span>TMO Support and Development: Partner with the TMO Leader to deploy and maintain the TMO support model, including the <span>development/refinement</span> of the (i) TMO scope (e.g., TMO processes, with a RACI breakdown) with a focus on project portfolio management system; (ii) TMO stakeholder engagement model; and (iii) TMO analytics &amp; success program (e.g., dashboard and key success metrics) </span></p></li><li><p><span>Data Management and Analytics: Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making and strategic planning</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments, aligning legal operations with broader organizational objectives.
