The Role at a Glance

As a Sr. Analyst, IT Disaster Recovery, you will provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex IT disaster recovery projects/initiatives. You will perform and lead IT disaster recovery technical planning, coordination and service maturity working across IT, business resilience, risk management, regulatory and compliance.

What you'll be doing

•    Designs and implements technical disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology.
•    Conducts complex risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption.
•    Collaborates with business resilience, compliance, other stakeholders to mitigate business interruption and other risks caused by business, regulatory, or industry-specific change initiatives.
•    Provides subject matter expertise to applicable internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects for IT disaster recovery.
•    Plans exercises to test the disaster recover protocols.
•    Develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization.
•    Identifies process improvements that significantly improve IT Disaster Recovery readiness across the team, department and/or business units.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:
•    5   7+ Years of IT risk management experience that directly relates to the specific responsibilities of this position
•    4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) 

 

Nice-to-haves:
•    Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•    Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and/or ServiceNow BCM
•    Agile Mindset; awareness/understanding of Agile methodologies
•    Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) or Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification or working towards

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
