Senior Strategist BL AES (f/m/d)

<p>We are seeking a Strategist with strong strategic and analytical capabilities complemented by action orientation and excellent communication skills to strengthen the Strategy Team of Business Line Automotive Embedded Systems (AES). ​ BL AES consists of four Product Lines: Automotive Processors, Automotive Microcontrollers, Radar Systems and Audio Systems. The BL is at the core of automotive embedded systems of NXP with R&amp;D centers and high tech colleagues around the globe. BL AES holds several market leadership positions including automotive processing, radar semiconductors, radio &amp; audio infotainment, and connected gateway processors. System knowledge, technology integration and embedded software/algorithms are the core of its success. </p><p></p><p>This role will have a lot of high-level exposure internally in the BL, and in collaboration with other teams within NXP cross-functionally as well as interacting with outside companies. The Strategist will shape and own the portfolio management process (PPRB), manage startups within the M&amp;A pipeline, and support other strategic initiatives including annual strategic planning and point of contact for specific PL projects. The role reports directly to the VP of Strategy for BL AES, and will also involve supporting the Business Line GM &amp; EVP, Product Line GM &amp; SVPs on select projects, and working with the Corporate Strategy team.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for someone with a balance of strategic, creative and pragmatic thinking as well as a strong action orientation. This role requires a resourceful generalist who can achieve measurable results while building strong and trusted relationships across multiple levels and functions of the business, working across geographies and time zones.
