*Position for Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (SCNA) includes a sign-on bonus of $1,000.00, which will be paid out over a two-year period at 6-month intervals (restrictions apply). Any employee leaving employment with the agency or moving to OPS prior to that timeframe will forfeit any additional bonus reimbursement. Returning employees must have left the Department for a period of 12 months or more to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
*Multiple positions, varied shifts, and OPS (Temporary) candidates will be selected from this advertisement within six (6) months of the closing date.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in Florida.
- Must be willing and able to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working as a CNA in a 120-bed skilled long-term care nursing facility.
- High School Diploma or GED.
