Solar Sales Training Program

Overview:

Venture Solar is seeking entry-level Field Solar Consultants. Candidates should have a student mentality, a strong work ethic, and a great attitude. No experience is necessarily required as the solar industry is relatively new. 

Venture Solar offers paid training & recent grads are welcome to apply!

You will be responsible for:

• Professionally prospecting homeowners for interest in solar
• Qualifying roofs for solar projects
• Gathering the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution
• Set appointments with homeowners to answer any outstanding customer questions
• Confidently provide focused customer service
• Canvass neighborhoods and work around active installations

What you’ll bring:

• Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues
• Ability to work independently and remain productive

Compensation:

• $500 per completed 1st appointment 
• $250 per competed appointment thereafter 
• $300 per closed sale
