Data Administrator I (Temp, Part-Time)

The Data Administrator I is responsible for working with various groups within the organization to ensure that the data being entered into the SPI Business Systems is complete and accurate. The role also includes the responsibility of importing data for legacy programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize administrator tools to identify sources of incorrect or incomplete data
• Work with departments within the organization to either get a commitment for when the data will be updated, or assist in updating the data
• Follow-up on commitments made by departments to maintain their data
• Transfer data from legacy artifacts (PDF, Excel) into the Database
• Help both the users and developers improve the Data Process by looking for trends of issues
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience working in a similar role
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Must be detail orientated, meticulous and take ownership of responsibilities
• Must be a team player and a self-motivated, independent contributor

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
