Who We Are

Noah Medical is building the future of medical robotics. Our next generation robotic platform targets early diagnosis and treatment of patients across multiple indications. We are looking for exceptional engineers and key team members. Our incredibly talented team of engineers, innovators, and industry leaders bring years of experience from the top healthcare companies in the world, including: Intuitive, Auris, Stryker, Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, Verb Surgical, Mako, Think Surgical, Medrobotics, and Hansen. We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery.

About The Team:

Noah’s Instruments and Accessories (I&A) Team is responsible for the development of endoluminal instruments and accessories that are safe, effective and on-time. We are a dynamic, data-driven team and pride ourselves on our creative and collaborative approach to problem solving.  We continuously strive for win-win solutions that our customers love.

Noah Medical I&A team members have the traditional role of design and prototyping but also take the lead on design requirements, specifications, design risk assessment, test methods, verification testing and more. I&A also plays a critical cross functional role in support through production and even post-market performance assessments.

We are looking for curious, collaborative, energetic problem solvers who enjoy a challenge. We welcome diverse thinkers and value both experience and fresh ideas.

  • Prepare and lead technical, concept and design reviews for components, subsystems, and systems
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced start-up environment with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Generate and document novel ideas that strengthen the company’s IP position in the fields of surgical robotics and minimally invasive surgery
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (software, electrical, robotics & control systems) on the design, development, integration, and manufacturing of disposable accessories and subsystems
  • Establish and oversee new manufacturing processes with the development of fixtures, process parameters in concert with manufacturing engineers and technicians to assemble newly designed components into engineering builds for verification and validation testing.
  • Attend clinical cases to develop an in-depth understanding of flexible endoscopy procedures.
