Summary of Job Duties:

• Perform processing and sectioning of fresh muscle, skin, and nerve tissue.
• Troubleshooting, performing QC, and maintaining inventory levels specific to
manual tests on muscle, skin, and nerve tissue.
• Perform computer data entry; check patient orders for completion and
accuracy and deliver to sign out personnel.
• Perform and document preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment
• Filing; Restocking of supplies and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree in laboratory science, medical laboratory technology degree - OR - 60 credit hours obtained from an accredited institution that must include 24 credit hours in Medical Technology or Science Courses which include 6 credit hours of Biology & 6 credit hours of Chemistry.
