What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy to children using evidence-based strategies.

• Implement care plans designed by clinical experts to support skill development and independence.

• Document progress during each session using electronic systems.

• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families.

• Collaborate closely with caregivers and clinical teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Who You Are:

• A high school graduate (or equivalent) who loves working with children.

• Passionate about helping others and open to learning new skills.

• Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure.

• Reliable, with consistent transportation to travel to clients’ homes or community-based locations.

Additional Info:

• Services are provided in-home or in community settings.

• Positions begin as part-time, with potential for growth.

• All staff must complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (we’ll help you get started).

• A minimum 6-month commitment is required to support long-term progress for each child.
