Associate Program Manager, Test Vehicles
In this role, you will support the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of innovative test vehicle programs that accelerate the successful development, integration, and qualification of new semiconductor processes and technologies in a fast-paced, rapid innovation environment.
Every day, you will assist in collaborating with industry and academic research teams, device engineers, yield analysts, and cross-functional partners to help define test vehicle requirements and support their implementation from design through fabrication and characterization.

We are bringing together industry, academia, and government to solve the most pressing challenges facing semiconductor research, development, and workforce training. Our efforts will re-establish American leadership in semiconductor technology and secure critical supply chains.
As the Associate Program Manager for Test Vehicles, you will play a supporting role in enabling the development and qualification of new semiconductor processes and technologies. With your growing expertise in process integration, device engineering, and test vehicle methodologies, you will assist in developing strategic roadmaps, coordinating requirements capture, and supporting the execution of test vehicle programs from design through characterization.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing test vehicle roadmaps and program plans aligned with technology development milestones
Support coordination with industry and academic researchers to capture test structure requirements for new processes/technologies
Help define test chip specifications, design rules, and integration schemes in partnership with research teams
Support schedule management and execution plans for test vehicle design cycles through tape-out
Assist in interfacing with manufacturing operations to plan and coordinate test vehicle fabrication runs
Support electrical characterization, data analysis, and reporting activities for test vehicle data
Help track and resolve issues based on test vehicle learnings through process/integration refinements
Contribute to establishing methodologies and frameworks to enhance test vehicle efficiency
Assist in developing program communications for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration or technology development
Familiarity with test vehicle programs and methodologies
Understanding of semiconductor FEOL, BEOL, and patterning unit processes, device physics, and characterization
Familiarity with test vehicle design concepts, including circuit design, design for test (DFT), and layout
Knowledge of electrical and physical characterization methodologies
Experience with data analysis tools and technical document authoring
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support multiple parallel programs
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or related field
