Summary:

Ascend Medical is seeking skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join its fast-growing, innovative ‘whole person’ primary care business. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of primary care and/or internal medicine, preferably with some experience in urgent care. Our ‘whole person’ care offering extends beyond the realms of traditional primary care and we are also seeking Advanced Practice Providers that have some specialty experience in areas such as allergy care, pain management, medical weight loss, diabetes care, mental health, women’s health and regenerative health.

What will be expected of you:

• We have opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions, various shifts available.
• The majority of this time you can expect to spend with patients
• Ascend does block time on your schedule for documentation and team interactions (and of course, lunch!)
• You will provide patient assessments and care via telehealth consultations
•  Ideally, you will be available to perform in-home visits to patients on select days. That's right, we do house calls! While this is not a requirement to work at Ascend, there is additional interest in providers willing to provide this service for up to 2 days a week in metro Atlanta.
