Play your part in our team success!
Launching in 2027, LEGO® League is a fun, hands-on competitive STEM program for students aged 5–16. It can be delivered in classrooms or after-school settings and offers opportunities to compete in-school, regionally, and internationally. At its heart, is the limitless potential of the LEGO brick. The brick gives the ability to imagine, build, test, and try again. The freedom to create something entirely of their own and the joy that comes from play and hands-on learning!
We are looking for a motivated and strategic leader to manage the US partner strategy for the new LEGO® League program. This important role involves working independently within a global team to successfully implement and expand the program through effective partnerships. You will collaborate with global ecosystems, support local partners, and lead initiatives that provide hands-on STEM learning to students everywhere.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive operational partner delivery strategy to enhance the reach and impact of the LEGO® League program in the US, focusing on partner engagement, regional expansion, resource allocation, and continuous improvement, while effectively navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
Identify Partners: Research, identify, and evaluate potential partners who align with our mission and values. Ensure partners have the capability and resources to deliver the program effectively.
Support and Manage Partnerships: Provide ongoing support to partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and guidance to successfully implement the program while representing the LEGO brand.
Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Establish metrics and evaluate partner performance to ensure program goals are met. Provide direct feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and education impact teams to align partner strategies with overall organizational goals.
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community leaders to foster collaboration and drive program growth.
