THE JOB:
As an Assistant General Manager at Salt & Ivy, you will bring leadership, poise, and a passion for hospitality to one of the most vibrant dining spaces on property. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide a polished and service-driven team, and ensure every guest experience feels seamless and elevated. With a focus on team development, service excellence, and operational execution, you’ll play a key role in shaping the atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, including labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, and guest service standards.

• Implement policies, operating procedures, pricing initiatives, and training programs while ensuring compliance with the company’s standards.

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, and employee satisfaction.

• Engage with guests frequently to ensure a high level of satisfaction and react promptly to any concerns or complaints.

• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a seamless service experience between the kitchen and dining room.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items, and sanitation standards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age

• Has a High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent

• Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience
