Senior Technical Product Manager

Zoox is getting ready for commercial service and we’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the roadmap for mission-critical products to enable our launch and lay the foundation for our long-term business. This PM will work backwards from the customer with talented software and data engineers, data scientists, program and product managers to develop and launch products that will enable us to delight customers. We are looking for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who excel in a rapidly changing environment. 
As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Zoox, you’re a customer-obsessed visionary who transforms innovative ideas into fully realized products. You have deep technical expertise and look around corners to deliver long-term, scalable products and features. You are skilled at working cross-functionally, and building repeatable processes to drive efficiency across your own and partner teams. You have delivered new customer features end to end, from concept to post-launch iteration.

• Identify major opportunities and craft product vision, strategies, and roadmaps that align with Zoox’s strategic objectives.
• Leverage understanding of Zoox’s market position to deliver industry-leading products that align with our mission.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where processes are flexible and innovative solutions are essential.
• Utilize data, research, and market insights to guide product strategies and development plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define product requirements, manage resources, and meet key milestones.
• Integrate user research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance usability and customer delight.
• Develop and analyze metrics to gauge product success and track performance indicators.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years in product management or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience working with a technical team to define and execute product vision and requirements
• Experience translating diverse requirements into actionable product solutions and tradeoffs
• Extremely comfortable with data and can navigate complex tradeoffs in a structured way

Preferred Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences
• MBA
• Experience in AV or mobility industries

CompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $190,000 - $240,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
