The Job:
As a Manager, AERO FP&A, you’ll be part of our $400 Million SEF-Aerospace Finance team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Maintain Group FP&A Calendar, SharePoint, Presentation Templates, and Rhythms to ensure seamless transitions between financials, operations, and existing business cadences.
- Develop/maintain all consolidated financial statements and reports used by AERO management.
- Support Annual Operating Plan, Forecast Cycles, and Strategic Plan.
- Embrace Reporting Tools & Available Technologies -QlikView, JDE, BA&R.
- Advance adoption of internal or external “best practices” to drive financial reporting harmonization across AERO Vertical. Make practical recommendations and collaborate with key FP&A stakeholders.
- Coordinate Short Range Outlook (SRO) and Month End Close Reporting activities.
- SG&A Budget Management and Headcount tracking.
- Support Innovation and Technology, Pricing and Working Capital Initiatives.
- Drive Strong Controls, Ethics & Compliance Environment to ensure reliable Financial Reporting.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across SEF Finance, including Operations, and Commercial.
The Person:

- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years relevant work experience, preferably in corporate finance, or FP&A.
- A self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail to deliver cohesive and concise financials with linkage points throughout the organization.
- A proven history of problem-solving, strong oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to generate solutions/recommendations prior to presenting to management.
- Working knowledge of Financial reporting systems (HFM/ BA&R) | Oracle Hyperion experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Alteryx a plus.
- Motivated and takes full ownership of personal development.
