We are currently looking for a remote Customer Care Agent DE/EN (all genders) on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a great opportunity open for anyone, regardless of home base.
Your mission with us:
Increase student satisfaction by delivering outstanding communication and support as Lingoda's representative to the world.

Your tasks:

• Interacting with our students around the world through email and chat (on occasion  listen to inbound voice messages, that might need callbacks)
• Comply with efficiency metrics: Assignments and interactions per working hour
• Adhere to QA & CSAT targets and schedule adherence
• Improve our internal processes by always being the voice of the students
• Build a strong collaborative internal network with other Lingoda teams, sharing student insights
• Bring new ideas to the team to improve the way we interact  with our students 
• Support our team in achieving our company goals and KPIs 

You bring to Lingoda:

• A native level (C2) of German
• An intermediate-plus (C1) knowledge of English
• Previous experience in the customer service field (At least 3 years) 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to think and work independently
• The ability to work remotely and thrive in an international context
• Access to your own tech; a computer is necessary and a headset is preferable.(We will not provide equipment)
• A tech-savvy skill set with a reliable internet connection (minimum 300kbps download / 300kbps upload)
• Flexibility to work during weekends (Schedules are built with the individual in mind and we will plan for you to have two days off in a row)
• A team player approach; You are a fast learner and self-motivated
• You are communicative, organised, and reliable
• An interest in the field of online education and a drive to be part of this constantly developing sector
